This method, as is pointed out in the video, is fine for “the first few weeks” of playing a trpt. But the correct way is to unscrew the top of the valve(as shown later in vid), pull out the valve 1/2 way, & put 3-4 drops on one side of the valve, then rotate the valve 1/2 turn & put 3-4 more drops on the other side of the valve.

Simple to do, only takes about 2 minutes to oil all 3 valves. Also important to do, since valves can be ruined easily by not oiling properly, or not oiling AT ALL.
