Chevy 305 no valve covers, burning oil

After 10 minutes of idling the exhaust will start making blue smoke and it looks kinda like “Uncle Buck” lol. It VERY rarely smokes when i drive but only when i take off. So i finally took off the valve covers to see whats up. I found some chunks of what i concluded to broken up valve stem seals or some kind of seal for that matter. I also found a few hair thin metal strands of metal shavings, not sure where these came from. And i also found that the lip around where the valve spring is seated seemed to be sort of chewed up in a way on all the valve springs, i’m not sure if this is just an imperfection in the head or what..I found the smoke to be coming out of the 4 holes that are found in between each set of exhaust and intake rockers. Any help is appreciated on why this thing smokes (you can see this in one of my other videos).

Oil Spill Control Valves

Experience has taught us that it is not uncommon for employees responsible for visually inspecting tanks after storms and other accident causing events, often time fail to carry out such duties and in fact, in some cases, actually force the conventional oil spill prevention Valves to remain open. This “obviates” their perceived need for continued and regular visual inspections thus exposing the owner to expensive clean up costs and legal liability. The EcoStop valve avoids such “human error” and provides peace of mind. A must for oil companies, gas/fueling depots and electric power plants.
